Material
Mystik cubicles are manufactured using 18 mm thick High Pressure Compact Laminate (HPL) panels. The compact boards are produced using urea-free thermosetting phenolic resin treated kraft papers and melamine resin treated decorative papers conforming to IS: 2046-1995, EN 438:2016 and NEMA LD3-2005 standards.
The material provides antibacterial, antifungal, high moisture resistance, high impact resistance, and high stain resistance properties conforming to ISO 22196:2011, ASTM G21:2015 and ISO 4586 standards respectively.
The compact boards fulfil the applicable requirements of indoor air quality certifications for Greenguard Gold standards as per UL 2818 for low chemical emissions.
The boards conform to EN ISO 178 with a Flexural Strength value greater than 80 MPa (N/mm²) and a Flexural Modulus greater than 9000 MPa (N/mm²). The HPL boards also conform to EN 438 Clause 12 requirements for immersion in boiling water for a period of 2 hours, exhibiting less than 2% thickness change while maintaining an Appearance Grade Rating of 5.

Cubicle width and depth shall be as per approved project drawings and site requirements. The system includes a standard door width of 610 mm and is designed as a complete floor-to-ceiling cubicle solution.

All doors are manufactured from 18 mm thick compact laminate panels. The doors are routed at the vertical ends and incorporate rubber noise-deferring tape to ensure smooth, silent operation and enhanced user comfort.
Each door is fitted with premium stainless-steel hardware including spring-loaded hinges, occupancy indicator lock sets, coat hooks and door knobs.

Pilaster Thickness – 18 mm
Pilasters are manufactured from 18 mm thick compact laminate panels and form the primary structural support system of the cubicle arrangement.
For the Floor Mounted model, pilasters are supported by stainless-steel legs and rail systems. For the Ceiling Hung model, pilasters are integrated into a concealed structural suspension system located above the false ceiling.
