Technical Specifications
Material
Zenith cubicles are constructed using a composite panel system. Front panels (doors and pilasters) are 39 mm thick and consist of a 6063-T6 aluminium framing system with 3 mm thick HPL/Compact Laminate facias. Dividers are manufactured from 18 mm thick HPL/Compact Laminate boards.
The HPL/Compact boards are manufactured from urea-free thermosetting phenolic resin treated kraft papers and melamine resin treated decorative papers. The material conforms to IS:2046-1995, EN 438:2016 and NEMA LD3-2005 standards and provides antibacterial, antifungal, moisture-resistant, impact-resistant and stain-resistant properties. The material also complies with ISO 22196:2011, ASTM G21:2015 and ISO 4586 standards and meets Greenguard Gold requirements for low chemical emissions.
Standard dimension
900 x 1550 x 2400/3000 mm (W x D x H)
The overall height includes the bottom clearance as specified. The system is self-supporting and engineered for high stability and durability.
Standard door dimension
600 mm width
Doors form part of the 39 mm thick composite front panel system and are manufactured using aluminium framing with HPL facias. The doors provide a flush appearance, enhanced privacy, and premium aesthetics. Each door is fitted with concealed self-closing hinges and a stainless steel occupancy indicator lock set.
Standard pilaster dimension
Pilasters are integrated within the 39 mm thick composite front panel construction comprising aluminium framing and HPL facias. They are supported by SS 316 adjustable legs and connected through aluminium profile systems for structural rigidity.
Standard divider dimension
18 mm thick HPL/Compact Laminate divider panels.
The dividers are manufactured from solid compact laminate material and are connected to the system using aluminium profiles to provide stability, durability, and long-term performance in wet environments.
Standard bottom gap
30 mm minimum bottom gap.
